Here are some of the types of meal selections available at the home stay.Colette is head chef and the pantry is orientated to local produce and requests are welcome.On arrival you will be asked by your hosts to indicate your meal intentions for at least the next 2 to 3 days to facilitate planning.Typical choices include;

Breakfast Continental

( Complimentary)

You may choose from a variety of cereals along with yoghurt, fresh fruit ( depending on the season) and toast with home made marmalade or jams. Fruit juice and tea or coffee.

Breakfast Cooked

(Cost NZ$12.50 per person)

In conjunction with the continental breakfast or instead of, a cooked breakfast is available with bacon, hashbrowns or sausages, tomatoes (fresh from the garden), as well as free range farm fresh eggs cooked the way you like them.

Dinner

(Cost NZ$45.00 per person)

Three course meal.

Marlborough wine complimentary.

Entree:

Pumpkin or hearty country vegetable soup ( winter)

Pate and crackers with mussels or smoked salmon( summer)

plus many others

Main:

New Zealand Roast Lamb;

Barbecue steaks;

Roast chicken;

Roast beef & yorkshire pudding;

Green lip mussels and or fresh fish;

plus many others;

To Finish:

Fruit Crumble;

Apple pie & ice cream;

Pavlova & ice cream;

NZ Cheese & crackers with fresh fruit;

plus many others
